The day started with our two big wins at the DSE 2012 Award Ceremony on March 7. Scala customer holyfields restaurant won the Gold Apex Award in the food & beverages category. Scala certified partner Telecine Multimedia and customer Canadian Broadcasting Corporation/Radio-Canada also won a Gold Apex Award in the business, industry & government category.

Since yesterday, both Advance Analytics and the CxO Board have received tremendous attention. Our SVP Technology, Peter Cherna explains the CxO board in this quick video:

Another product that got a lot of attention was the touch screen digital signage vending machine developed by Scala partner Okaya Group. Peter Cherna gives a quick demo of the product in this video:

Another topic of discussion at DSE 2012 was the blurring line between mobility and digital signage. Scala’s VP Global Marketing Dave Palermo gives a quick demo of an innovative technology that may shape the future of mobile and digital signage integration:

SignChannel President Jeff Porter gave a talk on using digital signage in drinking places such as bars, nightclubs, restaurants and taverns. He focused on best practices to help enhance end consumer’s experience with digital signage.

We really enjoyed talking to all the people who visited the booth in the past two days, we appreciate your support.

Thank you so much for being part of DSE 2012, we hope you enjoyed as much as we enjoyed developing our innovative solutions. We’ll see you next year!
