Delivering the innovative interactive shopping experience at 15 Telenet stores across Belgium are some 182 Scala players, all out to deliver a unique experience. The mobile phone store installations combine touch screens, directional speakers and Scala digital signage solutions to interactively guide customers towards their ideal phone and subscription. And according to Telenet, it also delivers a notably higher order value per customer.

Phone Store Interactive Touch ScreensTelenet Mobile’s Antwerp store has introduced the brand new, highly innovative shopping concept where experience is key. Consumers can make use of various types of help and assistance to aid their choice in choosing the right communication device, mobile phone plan and accessories for them. Communication technology and digital signage play a decisive role in helping its customers find the product or service that serves their needs best. For the project, Scala partner Dobit created an innovative concept for Telenet to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
