This interactive assistive sales tool allows customers to use a touchscreen kiosk powered by Google Chromebox to request assistance for anywhere in the store. The tool connects the customer with sales associates who instantly receive a request-for-help notification on their devices and the customer sees the picture and name of who will meet to help, creating a personal connection. The tool also helps retailers optimize the whole in-store experience by reporting actionable data such as identifying the most active sales associate, wait/response time and what areas are getting the most assistance requests.
