Scala-Parnter, Advanced Interactive Media Solutions (AIMS), has announced the deployment of a cutting edge digital signage network at Amwaj Rotana, part of the Rotana chain of hotels in Dubai.

The digital signage network consists of 32-inch Mirror Displays that are installed near the hotel’s elevators. The screen displays are scheduled and controlled using the Scala 5 content management platform, allowing the hotel to feature news and entertainment for guests waiting for the lift.

“The Scala 5 content management platform allows Amwaj Rotana to have full control of the content, making it easier to develop and deploy strategic branding campaigns using the digital signage network. AIMS has provided an end-to-end solution for this project, which demonstrates the huge benefits of digital signage technology in the hospitality industry. Moreover, the continuing partnership between AIMS and the prestigious Rotana chain of hotels strongly validates the quality and value of our services to the Rotana brand,” said Ahmed Elridi, CEO of AIMS, UAE.

Amwaj Rotana is the third hotel under the Rotana brand after Murooj Rotana and Towers Rotana that has adopted the Scala platform as a digital signage network.
